Side Street is open at 2:00 p.m. each day, 7 days a week. We offer efficient service and full beverage service.

Together we have over 40 years of service in this business! Rick has been in the bar business since 1987, working as a bartender at Bosom Buddies, The T-Room, Cruisin' and occasionally The Barracks, until he opened the Side Street in 1994. David has been in the food and beverage service industry since landing his very first job as a teen.  He was in charge of training staff and opening new "Sambuca" fine dining establishments in several locations throughout the country.  He has worked in such cities as New York, San Diego, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta  and Denver.  He has also worked at several establishments locally, including Cibola.  Eddie, Scott, Robert and Ed also have several years of experience. We all bring something different to the bar in our own unique styles.
