- Rick, Owner Side Street
- Rick has owned Side Street since its inception in 1994. He is our celebrated chef and cake decorator. Some of you may know him as "King of the Kitchen," from when he became the first and only man to ever win this title at the Kansas State Fair!
- Scott (a/k/a Mama)
- Scott is back with us again. He doesn't always look like this.

- Steve, or "Dugger" as we call him is one of our newest cuties!You can see Steve on Sunday afternoons and some nights as we break him in.
